Kate is so funny trying to do my exercise video. Every time I get it out (which isn't that often lately :) ) she is right there with me working hard!! Sometimes she says, "Mommy I have to exercise because I need energy because if I don't my blood sugar will get high!" She is so in tune with what I do to day to day to take care of my diabetes that it is just a normal thing for her to say! I was able to catch her on video for a minute doing her "exercise"!
