Dinner and a Movie...$5.00!

Jeremy had to leave us again this morning for three days for a conference in Atlanta, and I entered Monday feeling a little sluggish. I had planned on making a lasagna for me and the girls for our dinner and one for the freezer. (Every time I make a dinner that is freezable I try and double it so I get an extra meal for a lazy day) But....I decided to take it easy on myself and take advantage of a couple of great deals that are hard to resist, and save the cooking for tomorrow when just maybe I will feel a little more rested. (if thats possible...I never really feel rested these days..but I am hopeful! Redbox texts me a code for a free movie every Monday night and they usually go to waste because well, we just don't watch a lot of movies around here, but I thought tonight we had a good excuse, and then on top of that our Pizza place just a mile away offers personal pan pizzas every Monday night for half price! So, we hopped in the car and picked up our free movie (Ice Age...they are into anything dinosaur related right now!) and then headed over to Pizza Kitchen and picked up two small pizzas for only 5 bucks. Pizza and a movie for a total of $5.00! So, we are enjoying a laid back evening around here tonight! They are immersed in their movie and mommy is getting a little bonus time on the computer.
