Hey there, been a little while, huh? :) Well, I took a little strike from blogging since our camera broke and we haven't had an easy way to take or upload pictures to our computer for quite some time. It wasn't nearly as fun to blog without pictures so I just decided to just wait until either I really had something important to say or we got a new camera....Well, our new camera came in the mail today!! I am so excited to figure out how to use it and start chronicling bits and pieces of the little ones's lives again. So, it shouldn't be too long now and we'll be up and running again (just in time for all the spring/summer action!)
Well, I haven't actually taken any pictures with it yet, but since Im here I will share something that just happened that brought a big smile to my face. Kate and Caleb are happily playing in the bathtub right beside me right now as I type. Right before we take baths, the girls are famous for running around the house gathering up an armful of whatever they can find to throw in the bathtub, and Caleb who loves taking baths always just makes a dash for the stairs as soon he hears the word "bath", (so you better not say that word around him unless you really plan on putting him in there for a while!) However, tonight I said "lets go get in the bath" and Kate as usual took off toward the playroom to gather a few toys and Caleb as usual started his dash for the stairs, but then he started scooting backwards back down the stairs, and I was like "Whatcha doing buddy, its time for bath" but he just kept pushing past me to get downstairs. I was so confused because he always is in a hurry to get upstairs to the bath, but I just watched him to see what he had on his mind. Well, guess what? He ran to the playroom and started gathering up a little armful of dinosaurs just like he has watched his big sisters do all this time. It was so cute. Its amazing how much he is observing and learning, even though he is not able to communicate that much yet. Kinda scary what else he may be picking up from those silly girls!
